Melink LEED NC Gold

Posted on Posted in LEED Buildings

Melink headquarter's building in Milford, OH is an efficient two story manufacturing facility. It was the first Gold LEED certified building in Ohio. President, Steve Melink spoke at the May 25, 2007 LEED event at The Boulter House. Some of the LEED features are: geothermal HVAC,  solar panels, views from all cubicals, operable windows, recycled carpet squares, low VOC interior finishes, waterless urinals, and many others. They are very welcoming for tours. Melink just launched a very affordable .5 Kw solar panel system designed to be placed on the ground. Go to their site for more information.
